Greek Yogurt is amazing because of it’s high protein content so it’s great for weight loss or just as a delicious, nutritious, filling snack or light meal! I experiment all the time with different mix ins like cinnamon or strawberry jam or even spiced applesauce. Throw almost anything on it and it’s usually amazingly good.

If you’re trying to keep in shape for summer, oatmeal is a great option. It’s filling, fast, and oh so versatile! Usually people pile on the sugar but that gets old. A new twist is to make savory asian oatmeal. It tastes like some sort of amazing miso soup fusion with new ingredients! It takes less than 10 minutes to make so I highly recommend you try it!

New Year’s First
In keeping with my New Year’s Resolution, I made my first monologue practice video. No matter how good or bad it is, it is a step forward.
And the first step doesn’t have to be great, you just have to step towards greatness.

Photo from last Fall. I think I was in love. Or at least very very tired from a long photoshoot. Funny how those looks are similar.
New Year, New Opportunities
It’s 2012! How crazy. You’d think we’d have flying cars by now (I guess we do if you count airplanes). Well, at least we have iPhones. So first things first, a few resolutions must be set.
1) Keep losing weight to look good on film
2) Keep up acting practice while studying to be a film producer
3) Don’t overwork yourself or you’ll never make it to 2013
I talk to myself like I’m talking to another person. How odd. Either way, Happy New Year!
Get out there and make this year something you can be proud of!
